Janet Rogers

Janet Rogers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in grants management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Head of Grants, Projects and Governance at the Church of England - Diocese of Oxford since July 2019, Janet also manages the Common Vision Programme, overseeing a £5.3 million development grant fund. Previously, as the Research and Grants Director at Wokingham United Charities, Janet led grant-making initiatives addressing local disadvantages. Janet's career includes significant roles at The Children's Society, Dell, NCR, and IBM, where responsibilities spanned from managing complex service portfolios to leading large-scale bids and overseeing product management in managed services. Janet holds a BA Hons in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
