Currently serving as Vice President of Design and Construction at Churchill Downs Incorporated since February 2022, Hoffman previously held key positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Kelley Construction, Inc., where the company earned national recognition as a top general contractor. Hoffman's extensive experience also includes roles as SVP of Hospital Design and Construction at Springstone, Inc., President of The Hoffman Company, COO at Kerr-Greulich Engineers, and various leadership roles in technology and internet service firms.
