Sam Ullrich

Sam Ullrich is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in investor relations and financial planning. Currently serving as VP of Investor Relations at Churchill Downs Incorporated, Sam has held various leadership roles, including Director of Financial Planning and Restaurant Economics and Interim Chief Financial Officer at KFC. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Senior Analyst of External Reporting at Yum! Brands, as well as Assurance Senior Associate at PwC. Sam started the career as an Accounting Assistant at the University of Kentucky. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both earned from the University of Kentucky between 2004 and 2008.
