Gregg Fowler

Gregg Fowler is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the petroleum refining and petrochemical industries. Beginning a career in 1982 at Dominion Virginia Power as a Senior Engineer, Fowler later served as Electrical and Instrument Department Manager at CRS Sirrine from 1989 to 1994. Since March 1994, Fowler has held multiple prestigious positions at C&I Engineering, including Executive Director of Engineering, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chief Power & Controls Engineer, contributing to the firm's reputation as a full-service consulting, engineering, procurement, and construction management firm. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Louisville.
