Head of Departments

The Head of Departments team at CIB Bank Zrt. is responsible for overseeing and coordinating specialized areas critical to the bank's operations. This includes compliance and AML, security (physical, cyber, fraud, BCM), logistics, real estate, collateral management and credit bureau operations, IT governance and support, business performance and cost control, current account and transaction products, branch network and third-party cooperation, as well as digital marketing and customer experience. Each member ensures that their respective areas align with the bank's overall strategy, maintaining operational excellence and driving innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
