Brent Chamberlain is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Vice President of Inclusion at CIBC. With a career spanning over a decade, Brent has held various leadership roles at CIBC, including Associate Vice President for Inclusion and Campus Recruitment, and Senior Director of Inclusion. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Bell, where Brent developed the enterprise diversity strategy and established the first Diversity Leadership Council. As Executive Director of Pride at Work Canada, Brent played a pivotal role in supporting the LGBT community in Canadian workplaces. Earlier in the career, Brent contributed to Stonewall's workplace programs, managing a substantial client portfolio and facilitating good practices in inclusion. Brent's academic background includes a Master’s degree from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University, complemented by strategic HR management studies at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
