Carol Legedza

Carol Legedza holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings extensive experience in human resources consulting, specializing in employee relations and HR policy development. Since October 2012, Carol has served as a Human Resources Consultant at CIBC, focusing on HR and Time and Labour systems, providing training, and acting as a subject matter expert. Prior to this role, Carol was a Senior Consultant for Employee Relations Policy & Programs and a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CIBC, where responsibilities included policy management and employee relations support. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board and managing employee relations for the Ministry of Health within the Ontario Public Service.
