Kristal McKay

Kristal McKay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Director, Creditor Insurance Product at CIBC since June 2022, Kristal McKay leads product strategy and project management for Card Creditor products, while also acting as a key contributor to competitive market analysis and regulatory initiatives. Prior to CIBC, Kristal McKay was an Account Executive at Canada Life from April 2021 to June 2022, managing a portfolio of over 400 clients and focusing on group benefits growth. Kristal McKay also held various roles at Assurant, including Account Executive and Senior Business Analyst, gaining over a decade of experience in optional insurance within financial institutions and demonstrating strong project management and client relationship skills.
