Stephanie Wang

Stephanie Wang, CHRL, has over 16 years of experience in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at CIBC since September 2007. In this role, Stephanie leads enterprise-wide total rewards programs focusing on Pay Equity, Fair Pay, and Pay Transparency while ensuring compliance with compensation-related legislation and regulatory requirements. Previous roles at CIBC include Senior Consultant positions in Enterprise Rewards and Compensation for Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, where Stephanie designed variable compensation programs and managed compensation initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Bell Canada as a Human Resources Coordinator and at ThyssenKrupp Elevator in China as a Human Resources Manager, where foundational HR systems were established. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, a Post-graduate degree in Enterprise Management, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management.
