Rasmus Helmich

Rasmus Helmich is the Chairman of the Board at Aeven A/S, a Danish digital infrastructure provider, and Frankly Juice A/S, as well as the Chairman of the Board at Cibicom A/S, Denmark’s leading independent tower company. Rasmus Helmich serves as a Board Member for Fastspeed A/S, Alkalon A/S, Nordic Knowledge Partners, and HLLG Ejendomme, involved in sectors ranging from broadband services to real estate. Previous roles include Board Member at Rubberduck and Zen Systems A/S, and CEO of nianet a/s, a major BtoB competitor in the Danish fiber optic market. Rasmus Helmich holds an Executive Board Education from CBS, and has degrees in Economics and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and the University of Copenhagen.
