Gustavo Soares

Gustavo Soares has extensive experience in supply chain management and agricultural procurement, currently serving as Sourcing Director at Cibra since February 2018, where responsibilities include the purchase of over 2 million tons of NPK fertilizer and supplier relationship management. Prior roles include Supply Coordinator at FERTILIZANTES TOCANTINS S/A, where Gustavo focused on planning and purchasing micronutrients and packaging, and Production Coordinator, overseeing production efficiency and team development. Earlier experience includes environmental analysis with GS Ambiental, research internships at the University of Minnesota and Universidade Federal de Viçosa, and practical agricultural work at Schroeder's Flowers & Garden Center. Gustavo holds degrees in Agronomy and Environmental Management and an MBA in Business Management from FGV.
