Joan Cardoza

Joan has an extensive knowledge in Credit Risk & Fraud Management having worked in the Banking and Retail Sectors for over 30 years. For the last 22 years, she has held the position of Senior Manager in Fraud Strategy for the UK’s largest integrated digital retailer and financial services provider - The Very Group. During this time, she has developed, managed and implemented fraud strategies to protect customers and minimise financial losses whilst developing strong teams with a passion for protecting customers and combatting fraud.
