Pat Porell

Pat Porell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and team effectiveness, currently serving as a Strategy and Enablement Senior Advisor at Cigna since March 2017. Prior to this role, Pat worked at The Hartford for over 13 years, progressing from Director of Knowledge Management, where a centralized Knowledge Management unit was established, to Director of Service Support, overseeing operational teams and implementing ITIL best practices. Pat's career also includes significant positions at Travelers, focusing on strategic initiatives and project management, including Y2K compliance and Six Sigma projects. Porell holds a BA in English/Communications from the University of Connecticut.
