Tom Gannon

Tom Gannon, CPTD®, is an experienced leadership development professional with a strong background in designing and implementing training programs for organizations. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Manager at Cigna since March 2019, Tom has been responsible for facilitating leadership training for a large workforce. Prior to Cigna, Tom held the role of Senior Manager of Leadership Development at Express Scripts, where focus was on developing learning experiences aligned with leadership competencies. Additionally, Tom served as Director of Learning & Leadership Development at Suddenlink Communications, leading enterprise-wide initiatives for one of the largest cable providers. Tom's extensive career includes roles in learning and development at U.S. Cellular and consultancy work with Catalyst For Growth, along with early career experience in sales and training at Conquest Training Systems, Inc. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.
