Eliot Richer

Eliot Richer is an experienced materials and process engineer currently working at CILAS since October 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a materials-optics-photonics consulting engineer at FIZEAU from June 2023 to October 2024, and completing a six-month internship at AXON' CABLE focused on the development of dielectric waveguides for high-frequency electromagnetic wave transmission. Eliot's background also includes a six-month research internship at INES - Institut National de l'Energie Solaire, where work focused on improving encapsulation for next-generation perovskite solar cells. Initial experience was gained as an operator at Groupe PSA. Eliot holds an engineering degree in Materials Technology and Economics from Université de Technologie de Troyes and a Master's degree in nano-optics and nano-photonics from the Nano-phot Graduate school.
