Julie Hardy

Julie Hardy is an accomplished sustainability consultant with over 15 years of experience in managing certification processes for various environmental rating systems, including LEED®, WELL, Zero Carbon Building, and ENVISION. Currently serving as Director of Sustainability at CIMA+ since March 2020, Julie maintains expertise in sustainable development, supported by several accreditations, including LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP. Previously, as Senior Project Manager at Vertima Inc., Julie coordinated over 60 LEED® certified projects and collaborated extensively with design and construction teams. Julie's career began at FSM Management Services Inc. as an Environmental Officer, where responsibilities included managing national environmental programs and developing ISO 14001 systems. Julie holds a B. Tech in Environmental Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Sustainable Building Advisor Certificate.
