Heli Kulmala

Heli Kulmala is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Group QHSE and Learning and Development Manager at Cimcorp Group since June 2021. Prior to this role, Heli worked at Teollisuuden Voima Oyj as a Human Performance Specialist, leading the Group Human Factors program from April 2020 to June 2021. Heli also held the position of Quality Manager at Aurubis Finland Oy, managing quality systems and customer service for flat rolled copper between November 2018 and April 2020. With a robust background in quality assurance, Heli was the Quality Assurance Manager and member of the Site Leadership Team at Venator Materials Plc, where responsibilities included GMP and high purity titanium dioxide quality assurance from January 2004 to November 2018. Heli's prior roles include Laboratory Manager at Huntsman Pigments and Additives, Scientist at Sachtleben Pigments Oy, and Development Engineer at Kemira Pigments Oy. Heli completed a Master of Science in Materials Science and Chemistry with a focus on Industrial Management at Tampere University of Technology and obtained a Teacher’s qualification at Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
