Andrea Mersmann

Andrea Mersmann serves as the Director of the Leadership Center at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading holistic leadership development programs catering to a diverse group of professionals. Previously, Andrea held various roles at Xavier University from July 2014 to August 2019, including Interim Director and Senior Assistant Director of Student Success and Career Development, focusing on career coaching and community business relations. Earlier experience includes positions as a Career Coach at the University of Northern Colorado and Assistant Director of Admissions at Prescott College. Andrea's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
