Catherine J. Pearce

Catherine J. Pearce, MBA, DHSc, currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Xavier University since August 2022 and as an advisor at CincyTech since September 2023. Pearce co-founded CinCor Pharma, Inc. in August 2021, where the role of Chief Operating Officer was held until its acquisition by AstraZeneca in February 2023. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Strategic Alliances at Medpace from September 2015 to August 2021, and as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at CinRx Pharma during the same period. Additional roles include Vice President of R&D at Teva Pharmaceuticals, business development at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, and Director of Lifesciences at CincyTech USA. Pearce's career at Medpace began in March 2002, culminating in positions of Executive Director of Business Development and Director of Clinical Operations. Pearce holds a Doctorate of Health Sciences from Nova Southeastern University and degrees in Biology/Business and Project Management from Xavier University.
