Gregg Givens

Gregg Givens is a financial executive with over two decades of experience in the industry. Gregg is currently the Director at Cingulate Therapeutics, and was previously the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at DST Systems. Gregg has also been in transition from Company Sale in Summer 2018, entertaining CFO and COO roles for companies in growth mode.

Gregg has a keen interest in opportunities with capital markets' leverage, marketplace expansion, high-level of M&A and integration activity. Gregg is motivated to help grow value propositions of the company and build courageous executive teams. Gregg has served on numerous Boards of Directors of subsidiary and joint venture companies, both domestic and international.

Gregg Givens has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
