Dr. Adrian Waite

Dr. Adrian Waite, Chartered FCIPD, serves as an Advisory Committee Member for CIPD since March 2023, providing insights to enhance HR standards. Currently, Dr. Waite is the Head of Talent, Leadership & Org Effectiveness for Boehringer Ingelheim (India, Middle East, Turkey & Africa), focusing on leadership performance and organizational effectiveness since May 2020. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Talent, Learning & Development at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Managing Consultant for various organizations, and General Manager of Learning & Development at APM Terminals. Dr. Waite's extensive experience includes advisory positions at ADNOC Group and BAE Systems, as well as a background in training and development at Virgin Media and Sky Television. Dr. Waite holds multiple degrees from the University of Leicester in Social Sciences and Human Resource Development, alongside a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Executive Coaching and a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
