Nevin Eminsoy

Nevin Eminsoy is a CIPD qualified and certified professional coach with a robust background in project management, having over 15 years of experience in learning and development (L&D) as well as human resources (HR). Currently serving as an Associate at CIPD and multiple consulting roles, including Founder and Director at Annka Consultancy Ltd, Nevin has acquired in-depth skills in people development, recruitment, facilitation, talent management, and cultural change. Previous roles include Partner at Owlpha-Omega GmbH, Progression Programmes Adviser at John Lewis, and Project Manager for Learner Experience at John Lewis, among others. Nevin holds a Diploma in Humanities from The Open University.
