Wamakuyu Nelson

Wamakuyu Nelson is a skilled professional in the pharmaceutical field, currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Quality Chemical Industries Limited since April 2022. Previously, Wamakuyu held the role of Regulatory Affairs Officer at the same company and worked as the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance for Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania at Cipla from April 2022 to April 2024. Experience also includes positions as a Technical Pharmacist at Eris Ltd, a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist at Aiveen Uganda Ltd, and a Pharmacist at Guardian Health. Wamakuyu began a professional career as an Intern Pharmacist at Mengo Hospital following the completion of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Makerere University, earned from 2012 to 2017.
