Kara Casteel

Kara Casteel is an experienced professional in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Director of Music & Entertainment at Circuit of The Americas since February 2021. In this role, Kara manages the production, operations, and guest experiences for various events at the Germania Amphitheater, working alongside the General Manager to establish new business initiatives and community outreach programs. Holding the position of President at Texas Music Workforce Coalition since November 2020, Kara has also built a diverse background through freelance production/event management and previous roles such as Production Specialist and Artist Relations. With a foundation in event management and operations, Kara has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the music scene and fostering corporate partnerships throughout Texas.
