Jurgen Nieuwkoop

Jurgen Nieuwkoop has extensive experience in interim management and consultancy, currently serving as hoofd Bedrijfsbureau at Circulus since December 2023. With a career spanning over 15 years at Nieuwkoop Management & Consultancy focused on interim-management assignments, Jurgen has held various managerial roles in local government, including team manager and department head across multiple municipalities. Recent consultancy work includes contract management in Schiedam and Haaksbergen, as well as senior advisory roles in Almere and Tiel. Jurgen holds a degree in Techniek & Maatschappij from Eindhoven University of Technology and is a certified Lean practitioner.
