Fred Keena

Fred Keena, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Sky Zone since August 2024 and as a Human Resources Consultant at People Success Solutions since January 2022, focusing on compensation analytics, coaching, talent management, and recruiting. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of People at Cannon Quality Group, LLC, where the emphasis was on HR technology integration and compliance with medical device regulations, and Human Resources Director at Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN), supporting healthcare collaboration across Michigan. Additional positions include Head Of Human Resources at the Interoperability Institute, Manager of HR and Business Development at Variant Partners, HR Manager at ARAMARK Healthcare, and various roles at Morpace Inc. and Aerotek. Fred holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University and a BBA in Business Administration-Management from Adrian College.
