Timothy Hodgson

Timothy Hodgson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in board governance and financial oversight across various sectors. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for Hydro One, CIRO/OCRI, and Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited, Hodgson also holds key positions as Vice Chair of the Investment Committee at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and as a Board Member for the Property and Casualty Insurance Compensation Corporation. Additionally, Hodgson is involved with the Global Risk Institute's Sustainable Finance Advisory Council and serves as an advisor to Qohash. Past roles include significant contributions to PSP Investments and Alignvest Acquisition II Corporation. Hodgson holds an MBA in Finance from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba.
