Todd Pedersen

Todd Pedersen currently serves as Market Director for the Midwest region at CIS, a national leader in public infrastructure solutions, focusing on enhancing environmental, economic, and social conditions through local economic inclusion and equity. Prior to joining CIS in July 2024, Todd held the position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Corvias from February 2019 to July 2024. Todd's extensive experience in real estate and project management spans several roles, including Portfolio Director of Real Estate and Senior Manager of Capital Projects at Georgetown University from January 2012 to February 2019, as well as Project Manager for Real Estate Strategy and Planning and Workplace Consultant at HOK between March 2007 and December 2011. Todd holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Land Use from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
