Anouska Serich is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in recruitment across various sectors, including Corporate, Commercial, and Marketing roles. At Domain Group since March 2022, Anouska manages end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of positions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Telstra, focusing on strategic sourcing and recruitment in both enterprise and consumer sectors, along with a temporary assignment as a Career Transition Specialist. Anouska has also worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at Sevenstep and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Equifax, overseeing sales and marketing recruitment. Anouska's earlier career includes senior recruitment roles in Asia with Morgan McKinley and Perfect Employment Ltd, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Languages from Victoria University of Wellington.
