Heather Young

Heather Young is an accomplished Executive Recruiting Leader at Cisco since May 2017, focusing on the Executive and Board organization. With a strong background in executive search, Young has served as an Advisory Board Member for Foxhound Partners since January 2015. Prior to Cisco, Young held the position of Executive Leadership Recruiter at Accenture and founded SearchLogic LLC, an executive search and consulting firm. Young also co-founded Benchmark Executive Search LLC, specializing in recruiting for technology and professional services firms, and was the Managing Partner at Avalon Partners, a boutique executive search firm. Young holds a B.S. in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland.
