Venkat Memula

Venkat Memula is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as a Board Member for CISV USA since October 2022, where responsibilities include chairing the Governance Committee. With a substantial tenure at Apple from May 2007 to August 2024, Venkat held various leadership roles, including Director of both the Vision Products Group and iOS Release Management, where oversight of the iOS release team was a primary focus. Previous contributions at Apple include Senior Manager of iOS Program and Manager of iPhone Software Engineering, where management of iOS builds, security procedures, and program bug management were key duties. Venkat’s career began at Claris/Filemaker, Inc., providing technical support, and earlier served on the Board of Trustees for CISV USA from 1989 to 1999. Venkat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.
