Keith Horkan

Keith Horkan serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Canary Wharf Learning Centre since October 2020, overseeing all aspects of educational quality assurance. Additionally, Keith holds the position of Head of Quality Assurance at CWLC since September 2020. Previous roles include SQA at CITB and Internal Quality Consultant at Horkan Quality Consulting, where support was provided to the education sector in delivering construction qualifications. Prior to these roles, Keith was the Head of NOCN Services Assessment Centre and Head of Assurance at NOCN from September 2017 to July 2020. Keith possesses extensive and current experience across various levels of educational delivery, including training, assessment, and leading external quality assurance processes.
