Ann O'Donoghue

Ann O'Donoghue is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the BX DEI Partner and HR Director at Barclays since November 2013. With a focus on embedding diversity and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle, Ann has held various roles at Barclays, including HR Enablement Director and Global D&I Partner. Ann's previous experience includes roles in leadership development, project management, and HR business partnership at organizations such as GE Capital and the Post Office. Additionally, Ann has held trustee positions at Notting Hill Genesis and Notting Hill Housing Group. Ann holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a degree from University College Cork.
