Arun Mirchandani is a seasoned HR professional with over 19 years of experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director for the Asia South Cluster and Banking HR Head at Citi, Arun has held various influential positions within the organization since July 2010, including Head of HR for the Institutional Clients Group in Asia Pacific and Director of HR for Global Markets. Arun's previous experience includes roles at HSBC as Associate Vice President of Human Resources and at Tata AIA Life Insurance as Executive HR.
