Cherie Taylor is an experienced professional with a career at Citi spanning over two decades, where current roles include Senior Vice President of Training Development and Business Relationship Director, overseeing a team focused on training initiatives for operational clients such as Citi Cards and Retail Bank. Previously, Cherie served as a Business Relationship Manager, serving as the main liaison between the Cardmember Services leadership and the Citi Learning Organization. Additionally, Cherie held the position of Regional Director, managing training activities for the Jacksonville site and the Midwest Region. Prior experience includes working as a Collections Manager at GE Capital from 1990 to 1997. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1995 and 2000.
