Dawn Williams

Dawn Williams is a seasoned professional in program and operations management with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Citi since July 2021, through an onsite assignment via Photon Infotech, Dawn previously held the position of Operations Manager at OLIVER Agency, specifically for Morgan Stanley, from February 2021 to July 2021.
