Deana Finora

Deana Finora is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition and finance, currently serving as SVP of Executive Talent Acquisition for Markets & Services at Citi, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Deana has held roles such as Associate Partner at Proco Group, leading the Risk Management practice, and Senior Consultant in Sustainable Finance at Acre. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Recruiter in the Finance Division at Clarity LLC, and Executive Director for Equity Finance at UBS, overseeing the US Supply Desk. Deana commenced a substantial tenure at Citi as Director of Securities Lending, showcasing a deep expertise in securities lending and prime brokerage.
