Donata Badenhop

Donata Badenhop is an accomplished professional in operational effectiveness and supply chain management, currently serving as the MEAP Operations Shared Services Cluster Head at Citi since October 2009, leading a team across 25 countries in the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Donata held roles including MENA Enterprise Supply Chain Head, focusing on transformational strategies for procurement and risk management, and Sourcing Lead for Germany, Austria, and Northern Europe, where significant improvements were made in supplier relationships and procurement processes. Earlier experiences include procurement consultancy at Xoomworks Ltd. and buyer responsibilities at KION Group.
