Gabriella Szasz

Gabriella Szasz serves as the Global Head of Agile Test Management at Citi since October 2022. Previously, Gabriella held the position of Senior Partner at QA Consultants from July 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Strategic Advisory Services Group with a focus on Digital and QAOps Transformation. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, overseeing global quality engineering and IT governance for agile transformation, and Managing Director at BNY Mellon, leading a global QA Center of Excellence. Additional experience includes leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Citco Group, directing various aspects of IT governance and quality assurance. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University.
