Haley Becker

Haley Becker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management, tax compliance, and financial operations within the hedge fund and liquidity management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President in Global In Business Risk & Controls at Citi since March 2006, Haley oversees risk and controls for liquidity management services across 86 countries, managing over $700 billion in deposit funding. Previous roles include Head of Global Tax Compliance at Citi, where Haley directed compliance with FATCA and CRS across 90 countries, and various positions in financial management and operations at organizations like Ehrenkranz & Ehrenkranz LLP, Morgan Stanley, Marcstone Capital Partners, and Goldstein Golub Kessler, among others. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University at Albany.
