Lila Chitayat

Lila Chitayat is an incoming Investment Banking Analyst at Citi, having previously served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Lila has extensive experience in client services and loan operations as Director of Client Services and Loan Officer at The Hilltop Microfinance Initiative, successfully managing over 20 client relationships and facilitating loan disbursals exceeding $6,000. As Senior Vice President of Recruiting and Integration for the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund, Lila contributed to analyst recruitment and event planning while managing over $1 million in investments. Lila’s background includes roles in social entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing, alongside impactful positions such as Analyst Intern at Independence Point Advisors and project management with DCivitas. A member of the Youth Advisory Board for the Mona Foundation, Lila represented the organization at the United Nations and led fundraising initiatives. Lila is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Economics at Georgetown University, set to graduate in June 2025.
