Miguel Washington

Miguel Washington, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner II at BHG Financial, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR support to various non-sales functions, collaborating closely with senior management, and utilizing HR metrics to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, Miguel held the role of Human Resources Business Partner I and gained valuable experience as a People Development Intern. In addition to HR roles, Miguel is the Head Basketball Coach for the 13u AAU program at Chaos AAU Basketball and has managerial experience from Siena College and Niagara Men’s Basketball. Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Siena College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Niagara University.
