Julie Monaco is a seasoned financial services professional with over 26 years of experience. Currently serving as the Global Head of Public Sector Banking at Citi since July 2007, Julie leads a team that delivers a comprehensive range of financial services to public sector clients worldwide. Prior to this role, Monaco, was the Regional Head for North America in Citi's Global Transaction Services, overseeing cash management, trade finance, and securities servicing. Julie's earlier career includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Bankers Trust Company, where Monaco, specialized in cash management, trade finance, and transaction services. Julie holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in International Relations from The George Washington University.
