Nidhi Mathur

Nidhi Mathur is an experienced professional in human resources and rewards management, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards for O&T APAC & ASEAN at Citi. Nidhi has held prominent roles at Deutsche Bank, including Vice President positions in Performance & Reward and Global Regulatory & Governance, as well as serving as Head of HR Operations in Singapore. Previous experience includes a managerial position at HSBC focusing on HR Rewards and Policy, and an executive role at Citigroup Global Services Limited. Nidhi began a career in HR as an Assistant Manager at EXL Service.
