Shadman Zafar is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital transformation and innovation across major financial institutions. Currently serving as co-CIO at Citi, Zafar oversees technology, AI, and operations to deliver solutions for clients globally. Previous roles include CIO for Personal Banking & Wealth Management at Citi, Global Head of Digital, and Head of Products at Chase, where Zafar garnered industry recognition for digital products. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Digital Officer at Barclays, where Zafar was instrumental in developing the digital bank, and as Global Head of Product Design & Development at Verizon, where responsibilities spanned product innovation and technology operations. Zafar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ohio Wesleyan University.
