Shafali Agarwal

Shafali Agarwal is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing. Currently serving as a Vice President at Citi since September 2018, Shafali has also held the role of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this, Shafali worked at Cognizant from January 2011 to August 2018 as a Test Lead, focusing on automation and manual testing for investment bank clients, utilizing Selenium WebDriver with Java for application automation. Shafali's career began at Infosys Technologies Solutions as a Technical Analyst from March 2007 to December 2010. Shafali holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya Engineering College, completed in June 2006, and completed higher secondary education at Delhi Public School Noida in 2001.
