Shawn F. Sullivan

Shawn F. Sullivan currently serves as the Head of Government Affairs for Latin America and the Caribbean at Citi, a position held since March 2018. Previously, Shawn worked in public policy for Airbnb, focusing on regulatory issues in the region, and held key positions at The Condor Group LLC, Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications, and Cassidy & Associates, where extensive experience in government relations and public affairs was developed. Shawn's career also includes significant roles at the International Republican Institute, US Department of Defense, NATO, and the U.S. Department of State, providing expertise in democracy promotion, legislative affairs, and political strategy. Academic qualifications include a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MA in Latin American Studies from The University of New Mexico.
