Souvik Deb

Souvik Deb is an experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory reporting, program governance, and reconciliation solutions. At Citi since 2008, Souvik has served as Director of Regulatory Reporting Development & Program Governance globally, overseeing the implementation of key regulations such as MiFID II, SFTR, ACT, TRACE, and Swiss Reporting. Previous roles at Citi include Sr. Vice President and Vice President, where Souvik led initiatives related to the Dodd-Frank Regulatory Reform and platform consolidation. In earlier positions, Souvik worked as a TLM Consultant, providing technical expertise in custom solutions for structured and derivative products, and as a Project Manager at Open Systems Technologies and TCS. Souvik holds a PGDBM in Finance and Systems from the Institute For Technology and Management and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from the University of North Bengal.
