Victorino Tejera

Victorino Tejera is a legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and international law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Assistant General Counsel (Privacy LATAM) at Citi since November 2022, Victorino previously held positions at Oracle from March 2015 to November 2022 as Senior Privacy & Security Counsel and in commercial law. Prior experience includes a partnership role at Macleod Dixon LLP (currently Dentons) from June 2000 to July 2010, where Victorino co-headed the arbitration and litigation practice group. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Tulane University, a PhD in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a Master in International Dispute Settlement from the University of Geneva, an MSc in Conflict of Laws and Comparative Law from Universidad Central de Venezuela, and an Abogado degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
