Vipul Kumar

Vipul Kumar is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in managing risk within global leveraged finance and structured products. Currently serving as Managing Director at Citi since October 2022, Vipul leads the Global Leveraged Finance, Real Estate and Structured Products Risk divisions. Prior to Citi, Vipul held the position of Managing Director at Bank of America from October 2013 to September 2022, where responsibilities included co-heading GCIB Credit International and overseeing Global Leveraged Finance Credit. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, Investment Associate at CIFC Asset Management, Associate at Barclays Capital PLC, and Analyst at Capital One. Vipul holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
